Our content teams work closely with you to create a Competency Catalog for your organization. The deconstructed competencies are benchmarked against industry standards. Standard organizational roles are configured as combinations of the competencies from the catalog. Every employee is assigned a role from this catalog.

Employee competencies are measured via a mobile-friendly PeopleBlox Bot. The bot administers a discovery and self-evaluation survey to the employee on the Mandatory competencies for the assigned role.
