Employers globally expect <strong data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"1678\">39% of workers\u2019 core skills to change by 2030<\/strong>, which means capability needs will keep shifting even after you redraw reporting lines. It\u2019s the system that makes the design executable by answering:<\/p><ol data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3213\"><li data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3034\"><p data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"3034\">Which roles truly drive outcomes (not every role critical roles)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3035\" data-end=\"3105\"><p data-start=\"3037\" data-end=\"3105\">What \u201cgood\u201d looks like in those roles (competencies + proficiency)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3155\"><p data-start=\"3108\" data-end=\"3155\">Where the bench is strong or thin (readiness)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3156\" data-end=\"3213\"><p data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3213\">What breaks if someone leaves or underperforms (risk)<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"3486\">This becomes even more important when you look at how leaders are thinking about disruption. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.in\/publications\/ceo-survey\/ceo-survey-2026.html\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">PwC<\/span><\/span><\/a> reports <strong data-start=\"3354\" data-end=\"3391\">66% of India CEOs vs 42% globally<\/strong> are concerned about keeping pace with technology and AI.<\/p><p data-start=\"3488\" data-end=\"3567\">So if your plan is \u201cwe\u2019ll hire later,\u201d that\u2019s not a plan.
