I’ve spent 30 years in the talent business: hiring CXOs, building recruitment platforms, running RPO at scale, and advising companies on workforce strategy. I’ve seen what works and, more importantly, what keeps failing.

That insight is what drove me to build PeopleBlox, a Capability Assurance platform that connects people strategy directly to business outcomes.
